been on a kick with pears.  if I had a camera I would take pictures.   and I've been reading so much!  wonderful books. latest reads have been a revisiting of Tamora Pierce's Tortall books.  love her. I also stole my boyfriend's copy of Good Omens by terry pratchett and neil gaiman, both new fav authors.  read neverwhere last year and now I've got many short stories and anansi boys under my belt.  reading into pratchett's diskworld universe, with his wonderful heroine tiffany aching.  and his little nac mac feegles.

I realized earlier that i have various names that I go by.  not just online.  I have names for my self that I respond to on a regular basis.  take Vidaurri.  I became Tory Vidaurri when I was a sophomore in high school.  because I wanted something that looked cool and rhymed with my nickname for myspace.  then people thought that it was really my name, and my friends didnt help that much by starting to call me Vidaurri. in the last four? five? years since I took this name...it has become me.

SO.  the last time I was on here, I was a senior at high school, unattached to most everything and just a general ball of stress and anxiety and unhealthy habits.  THEN. then I met Casey.  I started the relationship by rolling my car a 2AM on a friday night going to see him.  then a few weeks later he took me on my birthday to get my septum pierced.  I still have it, we're still together.  jsut about 62 weeks later.  doesnt seem like as much of a chunk of time as almost a year and a half, you know? I've gotten into college, during this my year off after high school.  I'm leaning towards going to SMFA Boston, so I can be near Casey, but its a
