12:35 in the morningI woke up, feeling as though I had simply blinked since I had put my head down. I knew, however, that it must have been longer than an eye-blinks time. I could feel a wetness across my cheek and down my wrist, pooling near the heel of my hand. I'd either been drooling, or I'd chewed my lip through. I had a slight salty taste in my mouth, and was slightly afraid for the worst. I lurched over and flipped the light on, seeing happily that no, I hadn't chewed my lip through and that yes, I had been drooling. I mumbled to my self "Blast," wincing when I got to the 'ah' sound in the word, having forgotten the deep splits and extensve scabbing12:35 in the morning
